Your Role :

As a key member of our Med Surg team, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver individualized, evidence-based care. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assessing and addressing patient needs with personalized care plans
• Coordinating effective discharge planning and patient education
• Advocating for a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Requirements :

• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Completion of an accredited Nursing program
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
