Position Highlights

Experience : 2+ years required | Strong Cath or IR experience preferred

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, RCIS or ARRT (R), Maryland State License

⚙ Equipment : Philips & Siemens fluoroscopy suites, Philips ISVC PACS, Xper hemodynamics, Maquet IABP

Skills & Procedures :

Cardiac stent placement, PCI, PTCA, left & right heart caths

EP procedures : ablations, pacemaker / AICD insertion, cardioversion

Peripheral vascular : angiography, thrombectomy, port placement

Pain management procedures & TIPS interventions

Start IVs, EKG placement, accurate monitoring & circulator duties

Environment : 4 procedure rooms | 280 cases / month | 8-12 STEMIs monthly

Schedule : 4x10s with 7-10 call shifts per month | Must live within 30 minutes of hospital when on call

Job Details

Setting : Cath & IR hybrid procedural area

Patient Population : Adults & geriatrics

Team Model : 3 teams of 4 during the day | 4-person STEMI call team at night

Call Requirements :

Weekdays : 5 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Weekends : 5 : 30 PM Friday - 7 : 00 AM Monday

RTO : 1 request allowed
