Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end hiring process for various roles across multiple functions and geographies Design and execute innovative sourcing and interview processes to attract top-tier candidates Champion a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Required Qualifications At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a global technology environment Experience recruiting for niche roles in Product, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams Skilled in active sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
