We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program / Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The ideal candidate

will have a proven track record of managing complex enterprise software projects from initiation

through to deployment, specifically with commercial CLM solutions like Icertis, Conga, DocuSign

CLM, Malbek, Agiloft, or Ironclad

You will lead a cross-functional team of solution architects, business analysts, and configuration

engineers, overseeing all project phases, including business requirements workshops,

functional design, technical design, configuration, systems integration and testing. This role

requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the CLM

lifecycle to deliver a solution that meets strategic business objectives. Key responsibilities

• Program Leadership : Manage the end-to-end execution of the CLM implementation

program, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

○ Solution Architects : Guide the architectural design and technical strategy,

ensuring the solution is scalable, secure, and integrated with other enterprise

systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Salesforce, Ariba).

○ Business Analysts : Oversee requirements gathering workshops, process

mapping, and the translation of business needs into functional specifications and

configuration requirements.

○ Configuration Engineers : Direct the technical build and configuration of the

CLM platform based on the functional and technical designs.

○ Data Migration and Integration Engineers : Coordinate various teams across

business systems to migrate legacy Contract Documents into a new CLM

system, to collectively deliver end-to-end automated Workflows and use cases.

Required skills and qualifications

a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. At least 8-10 years of experience managing

enterprise software implementations, with a minimum of 3-5 years focused specifically

on CLM.

similar. PMP or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Hands-on experience with at least one major commercial CLM platform (e.g.,

Icertis, Conga, DocuSign CLM, Malbek, Agiloft, Ironclad, SAP Ariba is highly preferred
