"Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"On Call Daily - 3500 - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 5250 - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back - 435 - "Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms."Holiday Call Back - 652.50 - "Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms."Average worked Callback Hours : 8.8 hoursDates of coverage : December 27-Jan 1Jan 26-28Schedule : 24 call 6a-6a-EMR : Cerner -Reason for Coverage : ER Call-Setting : Inpatient-Duties : Consult patient in ED and inpatients collaborate with Hospitalists and Specialists Supervise Stress Tests Pharmacological / Exercise Interpret OP and INPT Echocardiology Holter Event Monitors -Optional / Ideal Procedures : Ideal Candidate can perform TEE optional - Transvenous pacing tilt table interpretationTravel Preferences : Preferred Lodging : Preferred hotelsAir Travel : Local no flights? NoAdditional Details / Questions Answered by Facility : -Admissions per Day : Average 3-4 consults Supervised stress tests : 4-8 Echo's : 5-12-Types of Cases : Typical non-interventional community hospital cardiology casesResidency requirements / Fellowship- Current certification in Internal Medicine and active participation in the certification process leading to added qualifications in cardiovascular medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine to be achieved within five 5 years of completion of residency training or-Successful completion of an accredited fellowship training program in cardiovascular medicine during which at least three years were devoted to cardiovascular medicine. - Hospital privileges the provider must have privileges at a Joint Commission or equivalent accredited hospital two of the last four years.-Support Staff- Cardiology Manager Echocardiographers and Cardiology TechniciansNo we do not have a Cath lab. We have an Emergency Department which is staffed with all Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians. The Cardiologist is only called for actual significant cardiology situations.
