Salary Range : $46,220.72 - $64,709.01
As a vital member of our healthcare team, the LPN will provide exceptional direct patient care under the supervision of a physician, RN, Lead LPN, or practice coordinator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately obtain and record patient's vital signs to monitor health status.
- Document detailed patient history to assist in clinical decisions.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Assist in in-office procedures under the direction of licensed healthcare providers.
- Conduct diagnostic CLIA waived testing as needed.
- Perform venipuncture for blood tests, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Manage prescription call-backs per scope of practice.
- Prepare patient charts with relevant clinical information for upcoming visits.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies, ensuring exam rooms are fully stocked.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.Previous experience in a patient care setting is preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively engage and respond to patients, families, and colleagues.Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in the state upon hire is required.Physical Demands
