Schedule : Full-Time

Shift : Nights, 3X12 weekday shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) with rotating weekends

Work Location : 501 Redmond Road, Rome, GA 30165

You will be providing care to patients in the AdventHealth Redmond community.

Your Role :

As an RN in our Cardiopulmonary Critical Care Unit, you will deliver coordinated nursing care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to offer comprehensive support to patients and their families. Your expertise will guide you in supervising and directing the nursing team while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. You will apply the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to maintain and enhance patient outcomes through competent and compassionate care.
