MD / DO : BC / BE EM, IM, FM, ACLS, ATLS and PALS (ATLS not required if EM residency trained) IM / FM must have experience.
APP : PA, NPs can be FNP, ENP, ACNP and FNP or AGACNP and FNP. Experience strongly preferred
