The Job :

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be part of our Industrial team working as an on-site regionally based employee. This position will evaluate, develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes within our North American Engineered Fastening manufacturing facilities with the goal of engineering leadership supporting new processes coming into the plants supporting new products launching as well as optimizing safety, quality, cost, and productivity within existing manufacturing processes. You'll get to :

The base pay range for this position in California, is $77,200 - 108,100.00 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
