Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Neonatal trained Physician Assistant or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner) to join our team in our level 4 NICU.

Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at Ascension St Vincent has an incredible opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated inpatient Neonatology team at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, IN. Join a collegial team of 17 Neonatologist and 30+ APPs (Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants).

Peyton Manning Childrens Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent is part of Indianas largest not-for-profit health system with 22 ministries and over 3000 physicians. Highlights include :

An attached tertiary care, pediatric hospital with 40 private inpatient beds and 8 short stay beds, staffed in-house 24 / 7 by our Pediatric Hospitalist group.

A 23-bed PICU staffed 24 / 7 by Pediatric Intensivists. - A 17-bed Pediatric Emergency department staffed 24 / 7 by Pediatric Emergency physicians. - One of Indianas largest Level IV NICU with 97 beds staffed 24 / 7 by Neonatologists. As of 2025, the NICU will be moved to a state of the art Women and Infants Hospital that has a 109 bed private room NICU.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration :

Required Credential(s) :

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

One or more of the following :

Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education :

Master's degree of Nursing required.
