Job descriptionCleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators, offices and other front of the house and back of the house areas. Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Polishes metalwork. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills. Transports trash, waste and recyclable materials to disposal area. Transports small equipment or tools between departments. Other duties may be assigned. High school education or general education degree (GED). One year related experience or training preferred. Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools. Must be 18 years of age or older. Advanced knowledge of building systems technology required. Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. Regularly required to walk, see; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to balance and stoop, kneel or crouch. Occasionally required to talk and hear. Must frequently lift and / or move up to 75 pounds. Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
