Job descriptionBringing the Energy : Greet every student with excitement, making lessons something they look forward to. Teaching the Basics and Beyond : Guide students using fun and effective methods to master life-saving swim skills. Cheering Them On : Communicate regularly with parents, celebrate milestones, and offer tips to keep the progress going at home. Being a Safety Champion : Keep the facility and learning environment safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone. Sharing the Love : Get to know Diventures' swim programs inside and out to inspire and guide families through their aquatic journey. A friendly, can-do personality that gets kids excited to dive in. A sharp eye for safety - you're the first to notice when something's not quite right. Great communication skills for connecting with students, parents, and teammates. A team-first mindset - if someone needs a hand, you're the first to jump in. A professional appearance and love for rocking the Oak City Swim School / Diventures brand with pride. We're searching for an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences, one swim stroke at a time!

Your Role : Part Instructor, Part Cheerleader, All Hero As a Swim Instructor , your mission is to create a positive, safe, and fun learning environment where students gain confidence in the water. You'll do this by :
