Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (or above) in technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, business / systems analysis, product management, and / or project management
• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent, Agile / Scrum at Scale a plus
• Financial services, investment management knowledge and experience preferred
• Deep awareness of working Agile / Scrum delivery environments and experience driving agile practices, forecasting, estimating, and planning
• Jira, Jira Xray, Jira Align, and Confluence experience
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, organization and planning, and presentation skills, with validated ability to build trust, bridge understandings across business and technical team members, and work across geographically dispersed teams
• Innovative, intellectually curious, and a team-oriented demeanor to continuously learn and improve
• Practiced at building strong relationships as you collaborate across the organization to manage expectations, deliver outcomes, and ensure alignment on all fronts
• Ability to accelerate overall squad performance, efficiency and value delivered by engaging within and across squads to find opportunities to improve agile maturity and metrics, and provide coaching, training, and resources
• Maintain and visualize squad performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear feedback to the squad members and transparency to other stakeholders
• Lead, coordinate logistics for and participate in agile events (e.g., backlog prioritization, release and sprint planning, daily meetings, retrospectives, etc.)
• Participate and / or lead release management coordination and scaling events and activities to facilitate interdependencies across squads and product teams
• Act as change agent capable of coaching agile practices to teams and individuals from across different functions, experiences and geographies as they work through new and unfamiliar situations
• Effective facilitation skills and can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery
• Provide business and systems analysis for an agile scrum team on complex projects
• Facilitate business discovery and communicate complex business needs into clear actionable systems requirements through research and evaluation of alternative solutions
• Passionate about understanding user business flows with a consistent track record for using this knowledge to create comprehensive analysis proposals and test cases for supporting systems.
• Demonstrated experience writing user stories and working with business partners to elicit requirements
• Run effective requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, using various methods to elicit and understand needs e.g. process flows, user journey mapping
• Conceptualize and capture a problem or feature need and leverage different methods to convey the requirement to engineers and business partners e.g. process models, data models
• Solid understanding of principles of good software design and can work with engineers and architects to craft an optimal solution approach
• Experienced in coordinating and running User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, along with developing and managing content to support end-user training
• Experienced in relational databases and data analysis using SQL
• Strong attention-to-detail and ability to work optimally with developers, business partners, and system administrators as part of an agile team
• Able to summarize scope and status to collaborators and confident having trade off conversations
• Effective production support engagement to help ensure high customer satisfaction and mitigate business risk
