About the role

• Retail Associates are responsible for engaging with guests and creating a joyful and welcoming atmosphere at the Kidspace Museum Store and pop-up locations. As part of a dynamic teamwithin the museum which serves young children and their families, a playful attitude and interest inworking with families of young children is a must! Retail Associates will provide excellent customer service to guests and will have knowledge and understanding of the Kidspace Point of Sale system for both on-site and online storefronts and assist in processing both onsite merchandise sales and fulfilling online orders. This is a part-time position, typical hours 9-5, weekends required, as well as some evenings.
