Qualifications :
Board-certified / eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
Chief residents are encouraged to apply and
participate in Sound’s Compass Program, a leadership track offering
a monthly stipend during your final year of residency.
Practice in the Heart of
the Community
Compensation is $1,625 for the day shift, with $400 moonlighting
incentives for extra shifts above the threshold.
Collaborative scheduling ensures coverage for
time off.
Key
Responsibilities : Serve as
part of an established team at a tertiary care hospital, receiving
transfers from surrounding counties and across state lines.
Day shifts available, along with dedicated
nocturnist support.
Work in a hospital with a
closed ICU managed by intensivists; procedures are not required,
but maintaining privileges is welcomed.
Collaborate with a resident-led MET / RRT team—hospitalists do not
respond to codes.
Utilize Epic EMR and access
internal informatics platforms for streamlined care.
