Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for an Onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide leave coverage in a K-12 school setting in Saint Paul, MN. This opportunity involves covering a BCBAs leave of absence from January 5, 2026, to February 9, 2026, working Monday through Friday with a 37.5-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver applied behavior analysis services to K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and recommend strategies.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support student success.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant standards and protocols.
