Locum ER Physician need in Crownpoint, NM

Physician MUST BE ABEM Certified.

Must have ACLS, ATLS, BLS and PALS certifications and DEA.

ANY STATE LICENSE

Candidates MUST be able to cover at least 7 shifts.

Looking for someone ASAP - Credentialing takes 60-90 days.

Looking for 2-3 physicians.

Onsite housings is available.

Facility Info :

5 bed ED / 4 bed Fast track (located inside ED)

1.8 Patients per hour

Shifts include : Day 8a-8p

Swing 10a-10p

Night 8p-8a

Pharmacy, labs, Xray and CT available 24 / 7

No OB coverage (handful of OB cases each year)

One NP on shift 7 days a week during day hours only

One hospitalist on shifts 7 days a week during day hours only

ED night physician is responsible for admissions but can report to hospitalist in the AM

Glidescope available in the main ED for use by ED physicians if needed

Ultrasound services are available Monday to Friday 8a-5p

EMR : RPMS with dictation services

Credentialing takes 60-90 days

Our main facility is located in the community of Crownpoint, population 3,000. However, over 20,000 patients utilize services at our facilities.
