Provide in-person and occasional remote technical support for hardware, software, systems, and infrastructure across the Corning Valley region.Administer Active Directory, support Windows 11, Office365, Cisco VPN, Citrix connectivity, and corporate mobile devices.Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications, hardware, printers, drivers, and IP telephony.Manage assets, document work, update records, and utilize the knowledge base and ServiceNow.Perform hardware ordering / deployment, device imaging, end-user equipment moves, and Smart-Hands tasks.Coordinate with customers, schedule follow-ups, and collaborate with multi-team groups and project teams.Requirements :
HS Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.Minimum 1+ year hardware support experience.Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.Technical experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, Office365, and basic PowerShell / Command Prompt.Ability to work onsite, travel lightly as needed, and manage multiple tasks independently.
