Job Title : Administrative Assistant

Job Description :
- Maintain calendars for the department and leaders, including scheduling meetings, organizing and coordinating events, and tracking attendance.
- Make travel arrangements, claims and order refreshments when needed.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines, with opportunity to exercise independent judgement.
- Order department office supplies as needed and monitor expenditures.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other written and visual materials
Experience :
Minimum of two years administrative or related experience, preferably a medium to large size organization.High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience; Associate degree or related degree preferred.Experience with Microsoft Office product.Strong organization and interpersonal skills.Ability to take direction, be adaptable, and balance multiple priorities.A positive and collaborate demeanor.Bravens is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
