The Contents Cleaning Supervisor is a key team leader in SERVPRO's warehouse operations, responsible for overseeing the cleaning, processing, and storage of customer contents. This individual must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, efficient, and customer-focused environment. The supervisor leads a team of technicians, ensures adherence to SERVPRO quality standards, and upholds our "Here to Help" commitment throughout the contents restoration process.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise contents cleaning, deodorizing, and inventory processes in the warehouseEnsure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of contentsUphold high standards for customer property care and detailed documentationManage quality control and verify that all items meet cleaning and restoration standardsTrain, direct, and support contents technicians to meet deadlines and exceed expectationsMaintain clear, professional communication with customers, team members, and office staffMonitor consumable usage and track equipment and supply needsEnsure compliance with all health and safety standards, including OSHA guidelinesAssist in updating job files with accurate notes, photos, and inventory recordsSupport the project manager with warehouse-based progress updates and customer concernsAdditional Responsibilities :
Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safetyManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properlyCoach and train restoration techniciansPosition Requirements :
Valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma / GED (preferred)At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or constructionIICRC certification a plus, not requiredSkills / Physical Demands / Competencies :
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detailStrong work ethic and pride in cleanliness and efficiencyAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistanceAbility to stand for long periods and work in a warehouse environmentComfortable working around cleaning agents and equipmentEffective communication and leadership skillsCommitment to customer satisfaction and compassionate handling of personal propertyEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
Compensation : $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
