Job descriptionExceptional Earning Potential : Competitive salary based on experience & duties : Range of approximately $220,000 to approximately $280,000 Includes Location Differential at Schuylkill of $17,500 for full time work at this site Additional bonuses available for service time equal to an additional ~20% of annual salary Up to $30,000 forgivable recruitment loan along with a maximum retention bonus of $20,000 Extra payment also available for excess coverage Total earning potential above the 90 Comprehensive Benefits : Health, dental, vision and 403(b) / 401(a) retirement savings Competitive paid time off and sick time Long-term disability coverage Student loan support, Public Service Loan Forgiveness-eligible employer Malpractice Insurance with Tail Coverage CME Time and $ Allowance, inclusive of technology reimbursement Relocation assistance : Up to $5,000 available for qualifying candidates Work life balance support with no weekends / holidays / call at our Schuylkill location A network champion for Anesthesia and a passion for the clinical work Graduation from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia with certification by the National Board of Certification and / or Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required ACLS Certification BLS Certification PALS Certification
