Your Responsibilities as a Construction Inspector :

• Inspect, observe, and ensure construction projectsincluding road construction, mass grading and excavation and bridges are completed in accordance with contract plans and specifications.
• Interpret plans and specifications to contractors and clients.
• Prepare and maintain records of plans, inspections, letters, and reports used in connection with roadway and bridge inspection.
• Identify contract changes and assist in preparation of change orders.
• Travel to project sites as required.
