Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
2+ years of technology customer support experience
Experience in technology or automotive industries preferred
Proficient in computer software and Microsoft Office applications
Basic knowledge of automobile terminology and documentation is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
