A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Representative to provide versatile support in a dynamic fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service, KYC, and operational support
Troubleshoot issues end-to-end, ensuring full resolution for customers
Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate complex cases and improve workflows
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and / or sales support
Able to work fixed US hours (2 PM - 10 PM, Monday to Friday)
Experience with KYC or due diligence processes is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments
