Description :

Contract position for a Charge Nurse on a Med Surg unit.

The shift runs from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM.

No call required.

Candidates must have a valid RN license.

Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications are mandatory.

Experience with telemetry is essential.

Charge nurse experience is required.

The unit features 32 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5 : 1 during the day and 6 : 1 at night.

Equipment used includes bladder scanners, vital sign machines, telemetry, and patient lifts.

The electronic medical record system in use is Meditech.

Candidates with hospital experience will be prioritized.

Ideal candidates will possess an open mindset and be receptive to feedback.

Dress code is navy blue scrubs with a designated logo.
