Shift : 07 : 00 AM – 05 : 30 PM (10-hour days)

Hours per Week : 40

On Call : 1 day every 1.5 weeks, plus 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program (CCNE or ACEN)

Active Ohio RN license – Registered Nurse jobs in Ohio

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience (Total Joint / Ortho experience required)

Preferred : Experience with Da Vinci Robot surgical procedures

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Ability to meet physical demands : lifting, standing for extended periods

Willingness to work under stressful conditions and irregular hours

Competency to interact respectfully and effectively with diverse patient populations

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care based on evidence-based practice and nursing theory

Coordinate and delegate clinical care for surgical patients, families, and the community

Utilize clinical judgment to manage resources and achieve optimal patient outcomes

Participate in scheduled on-call rotation

Maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care

Document all nursing care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
