Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $114,410.18 - $134,397.68. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to : scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

Overview :

HSS Rehabilitation and Performance is a dynamic multidisciplinary team of highly skilled clinicians supported by engaged patient access and rehab technician professionals.

We are seeking an experienced pediatric physical therapist to join our team at our state of the art HSS Pediatric Rehabilitation and Young Athlete Center. Our clinicians treat a large variety of non-operative and post-operative diagnoses for children ages newborn through 21 in an outpatient setting.

This role offers the opportunity to practice in both orthopedic and neurodevelopmental settings.

Qualifications :

Candidates should be strong clinicians in the field of pediatric physical therapy and have experience and / or interest in staff development, mentoring and education. Candidates should excel in communication, teamwork and leadership skills.

Candidates must have at least 3 years' experience, with outpatient clinical expertise emphasizing differential diagnosis, examination, and treatment of various musculoskeletal and neurodevelopmental pathologies of the spine and extremities, both non-operative and post-operative. New York State licensure is a requirement. PCS board certification is preferred.
