A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume calls from clients regarding disputes, payments, and general concerns
Make outbound calls to clients and internal teams to escalate billing issues for timely resolution
Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers while managing internal service requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years or older
2+ years of customer service experience
Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) with flexible shift schedules
Ability to work onsite once a month at designated location
