As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of digital marketing initiatives across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and more.

This is a remote / hybrid role. Employees within 90 min of our NY, MI, CA or IL offices may expect 3 days a week onsite.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and manage multiple digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to meet strategic goals.
• Create and execute project plans, adjusting as needed to meet evolving requirements.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and status meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Mentor and support Associate Project Managers, contributing to team growth and development.
• Track budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure project success.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage change orders and escalations.
• Promote continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and suggesting process enhancements.

The annual salary range for this position is $59,000-$96,025. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
