Key Responsibilities

Coach teams to determine user requirements and develop design documents

Drive project plans and work items in coordination with stakeholders

Monitor system performance and share knowledge to improve product reliability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience

4+ years of experience in software development, testing, and technical design

4+ years working with distributed systems and scalable cloud environments

1+ year of people management experience

Ability to meet security screening requirements
