We prioritize flexibility, allowing physicians the liberty to create their own schedules and work from any location, all while eliminating administrative burdens. Our efficient EMR system and dedicated support team ensure that you can concentrate fully on delivering patient care. QuickMD offers competitive compensation at $35 per consult, with many of our top physicians in high-demand areas earning around $200 per hour and several exceeding $400K annually. We require a commitment of at least 15-20 hours each week for success in this role.

Job Description :

We are looking for passionate, patient-centered physicians with valid licenses to become a valuable addition to our team. Whether your expertise is in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this role allows you to engage in modern, high-caliber medicine free from the limits of traditional practice settings. While most services are fully virtual, some in-person hybrid options may also be available.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver outstanding virtual care, including patient evaluations, medical history assessments, and timely medical treatments.
  • Practice compassionate, patient-focused care while establishing therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
  • Order and analyze lab tests as necessary to inform high-quality treatment decisions.
  • Prescribe medications appropriately and offer expert advice on their proper use (note : QuickMD refrains from prescribing controlled substances, except for buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment).
  • Collaborate with other physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nursing professionals, and a dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation to uphold continuity of care.
  • Stay informed about medical advancements, telehealth innovations, and best practices.

Requirements :

  • Possess an active medical license in at least three U.S. states; ideally five, and a readiness to obtain more state licenses (we provide assistance and cover costs).
  • It’s beneficial to be licensed in one of our high-demand states : AL, CA, IN, MS, NC, PA, SC, and / or VA.
  • Experience in treating patients in telehealth settings or high-volume in-person environments.
  • Able to schedule and work a minimum of 15 core hours per week (8 AM-6 PM locally), spread over four days each week, with scheduling done at least one week in advance.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent medical care.
  • Be comfortable with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
  • Driven by a desire to enhance access to care and make a significant impact.
  • Possess at least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required).
