Our continuing care retirement community (CCRC) offers various lifestyle options, including independent living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing / long-term care. We also have an onsite rehabilitation clinic that provides inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents and patients. Position Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and offer general health-related consultations within the community.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

Position Requirements :

Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Licenses / Certifications : Active RN Nurse license permitting practice in the state of employment

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
