Newton Center Evening Secretary / Receptionist (STF3231) Part-Time, as needed

Essential Functions - Provide quality customer service and support for students, customers, faculty, and staff. - Provide support to the Newton Center and Early College initiatives, including, but not limited to, ensuring classes run smoothly with Zoom connections, classroom support, scheduling student appointments, and providing oversight of the Center while classes are in session - Process book sales and HutchCC merchandise sales / rentals through the Newton Campus Store and maintain daily business functions - Support and assist with Early College initiatives - Assist and support HutchCC partners, including Workforce Development, Adult Basic Education, and other partners utilizing the Newton Center - Assist with coordinating events, publications, and correspondence through the Newton Center - Assist with marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, brochures / flyers, bulletin boards, displays, mailings, and social media / website - Assist with the faculty evaluation process - Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the responsibilities of your position - Comply with HutchCC policies, procedures, and practices Secondary - Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Newton Outreach Specialist with input from the Associate Director of Outreach - Travel to other HutchCC locations as needed
