Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of recent LPN / LVN Med-Surg experience Must have active and unrestricted LPN / LVN license Must be willing to work night shifts (6 : 45 PM – 7 : 15 AM) Must have current BLS certification Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across various Med-Surg units Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation Assist with assessments, wound care, and basic treatments under RN supervision Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection-control standards Support patients and families with education and updates Float to multiple units as assigned Active LPN / LVN License (State or Compact) BLS – Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
