Job descriptionGreet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders accurately Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, or snowballs depending on location Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly Keep all areas clean, organized, and fully stocked Assist teammates during busy times to ensure smooth operations Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and punctual with good communication skills Able to stand for long periods and work in warm or outdoor environments Must be at least 16 years old (work permit required for minors) We offer Health Insurance after 90 days of employment. We also offer an IRA for Retirement Employees get 30% off while working. Employees also get 30% off at ANY ARC location. Flexible Hours.

Were looking for upbeat, reliable Team Members to join our crew. Positions may include working at the coffee bar , register , & snowball stand . Youll help prepare and serve drinks and snoballs, greet guests, handle orders, and keep your station clean and stocked.
