Advanced Diagnostics Lead

The Mopar Advanced Diagnostics Lead owns the following core deliverables / responsibilities for all vehicles produced or sold by Stellantis North America :

• Development of diagnostic-related service strategies for new vehicle technologies
• Lead the Aftersales remote diagnostics project including cross-functional coordination of design requirements, customer case support, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, and budget support
• Facilitate cross-functional diagnostic strategy sessions within Aftersales and with applicable Engineering colleagues
• Identify & coordinate Electronic Control Unit (ECU)-focused service requirements with Design Release Engineers and other stakeholders
• Assess / e nforce compliance to diagnostic protocols , specifications , and diagnostic design requirements on upcoming vehicles / systems
• Track & report diagnostic readiness of ECUs for new model launches

The Advanced Diagnostics Lead must collaboratively shape the diagnostic strategy from product design phase through product launch. They will also be responsible for a small team.

The success of this team directly impacts the technician’s ability to fix our customer vehicles right the first time.
