• Perform high-qualityMIG weldingon custom products
• Read and interpretblueprints, project plans, and instructions
• Apply properlayout, tacking, and fabrication techniques
• Follow allsafety proceduresusing provided PPE
• Work in ajob shop settingwhere every product is built to order
• Take on additional duties as needed to support production
