About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for North America to spearhead growth and lead the Account Executive team. This pivotal role is focused on driving the sales strategy, shaping go-to-market approaches, and expanding publisher relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, building, and closing complex enterprise software deals, with a particular emphasis on those exceeding $1M ARR. As a player-coach, the Head of Sales will also be tasked with managing, mentoring, and forecasting for a growing sales team, making it essential to have a strong background in building high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate for the Head of Sales position at the company is a senior ad-tech leader with a proven track record in the industry. Key responsibilities include leading the sales team to meet ambitious revenue targets, and the role demands a strategic thinker who can also be hands-on in the sales process. The Head of Sales will play a critical part in the company's growth, especially in the context of privacy-first publisher monetization. A deep understanding of the ad-tech landscape, particularly in the post-cookie world, and experience with enterprise-level clients is essential. The role requires a dynamic individual who can not only drive sales but also contribute to the overall vision and success of the company.
