Medical Phone Intake Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Medical Phone Operator to join our clinical team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications :

• 1+ year of recent medical office administrative experience required.
• Will consider any applicants that have experience with scheduling in a medical environment.
• Will also consider any candidates with scheduling call center experience.
• Qualified applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively with facility staff. A successful candidate will be a self-directed multitasker.
• Previous EMR system experience preferred

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
