About The Role :

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who can architect, build, and scale key parts of our platform while setting the technical and cultural bar for the team.

This is a deeply hands-on role : you’ll write production code daily, design system architecture end-to-end, and guide younger engineers with clarity and humility. You’ll own the technical direction for major features across our stack.

If you thrive on shipping quickly, designing clean systems, building in ambiguity, and elevating engineering teams, you’ll do your best work here.

Who You Are :

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $110,000– $140,000 / year. Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, quota incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits.

In addition to cash compensation, WithCoverage offers full-time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants.
