Job descriptionA culture rooted in integrity, professionalism, and client-first values Supportive environment for ongoing education and career growth Access to industry-leading tools, training, and mentorship Develop personalized financial plans for clients based on their individual goals and risk tolerance Conduct regular reviews of clients' investment portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial objectives Provide expert advice on a wide range of financial products and services to help clients make informed decisions Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes to offer the best recommendations to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty in the financial advisor-client partnership Have a life insurance license (required) Health, SIE, and Series 6 Preferred but not required Proficient in financial planning software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in maintaining and growing client portfolios Ability to conduct client discovery meetings and regular financial reviews Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and referral development Comfortable with setting and achieving sales targets
