Construction Superintendent (Bilingual Spanish / English)

Job Description

Job Summary : The Superintendent is responsible for supervising and coordinating all concrete / construction -related activities on construction sites. This includes managing the work of concrete crews, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and coordinating with other trades and project stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to solve problems on the fly.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Coordination :

• Review project blueprints, specifications, and construction plans.
• Develop detailed work plans and schedules for concrete / construction (TYP) activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Experience :
