The Bartender / Server prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and Health Department standards and policies. The Bartender is responsible for processing transactions using the company’s P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain balanced cash drawer
• Complete daily bar tending duties including cleaning and stocking the bar
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Maintain work station standards at all times
• Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : None

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have high level computer skills with experience in excel.

REASONING ABILITY

Remembering Details, Using Arithmetic, Reading, Making Decision, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractins, Remembering Names & Faces, and Examining & Observing Details.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Inside, Noisy, Secondary Smoke, & Bright Lights.
