Physical Therapist - Per Diem

Oakwood Village has an exciting opportunity for qualified candidates to join our senior living community facility team as a Physical Therapist . This position directs and supervises the physical therapy programs for the facility. Responsibilities include evaluations, assessments, program planning, implementation, follow-up and case management to maximize each resident's ability to function independently in their activities of daily living. Leadership regarding that of Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides.

• Per diem, with varied hours and shift
