Gastroenterology Physician

Established private practice, conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Indianapolis, is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a dynamic team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. This well-established and successful practice and medical center offer dedicated 4 procedure rooms (1 Pulmonary and 3 GI), 15 pre / post rooms. We use block scheduling, which means the doctors schedule into their block. A typical day currently is about 16 scopes

Hospital Employee, Traditional. Surgical schedule. Competitive Income Guarantee. WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. 401K. EPIC in use for EMR. A typical day currently is about 16 scopes. Average of 15-17 Patients per Day per Physician / Provider. The call typically has been for 1 week at a time but negotiable. 39 days PTO per year. Recruitment Incentive of $100,000. Quality compensation of up to $25,000 / year. wRVU productivity at the rate of $68,over the wRVUs threshold. Call Compensation is $830 per 24 hour shift and equates to approximately $100,000 annually. Robotic surgical systems available.
