Job description

Job Description :

  • The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who visit for routine health checkups or critical diagnostic testing.
  • The PSR I is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and ensuring a professional and compassionate patient experience.
  • This position requires adherence to established procedures and a focus on confidentiality, accuracy, and patient care excellence.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily activities accurately and on schedule under the direction of the area supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
  • Conduct both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established procedures.
  • Maintain required records and documentation in compliance with quality standards.
  • Promote a positive image to patients, clients, and team members through professional conduct and communication.

    • Requirement / Must Have :

  • bility to deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
  • bility to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed.

    • Qualification And Education :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training (Preferred).

    • Experience :

  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience (Required).
  • 1+ years of phlebotomy experience (Preferred).
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment (Preferred).
  • Keyboard / data entry experience (Required).
