Assignment Dates

Asap, Monday-Friday

Schedule / Shifts : 2-5 days per week, 8a-5p

% inpatient / outpatient : 100% outpatient (up to 40% Medicaid patients)

Patient Volume : 10-20

Procedures : General dentistry, mainly adults

Support Staff

Front Office, 2 dental assistants, 1 hygienists, 1 other dentist

Type of Charting : Open Dental

Requirements

Clear and active OK license, DEA, BLS (must be enrolled in Medicaid to be considered for full-time coverage)

Reason for Need : growth, new hire doesn't start until Summer of 2026

Credentialing Timeframe : 1 week
