Performs a variety of support tasks within Compensation and Benefits Administration.Interacts directly, via telephone, or email with colleagues to provide information on the compensation, retirement, and benefit programs offered by Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH).Reports To :

Required Education :
Bachelor's degree in human resources (HR), business, or related field. Note : Human Resources may accept two (2) years of related professional work experience in lieu of the required education.Required Experience :
HR experience.Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Ability to perform job responsibilities using formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup.Willingness to attend MS Office classes on- or off-site to enhance MS Office skill level.High attention to detail and data integrity.Knowledge of a human resources information systems (HRIS).Ability to learn new systems and tasks.Ability to administer and interpret TMH policies, procedures, and operations accurately and effectively.Ability to prioritize work. Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to meet deadlines.Excellent communication and presentation skills (to communicate and interact professionally and effectively (both orally and in writing) with management, co-workers, colleagues, and external sources).Demonstrated time management skills.Willingness to be flexible.Preferred Experience :
Knowledge of compensation practices. Healthcare experience.General understanding of HR management principles and practices; and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Exposure to organization’s current HRIS system or a similar HRIS system.Required Certification / License / Registry :
