DPT - Physical Therapist

Full Time | M-F | Day Shift

MLR is excited to partner with a prestigious 5-Star Physical Therapy clinic to find a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join their outstanding team. Renowned for its exceptional patient outcomes and innovative treatment methods, this clinic presents a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist passionate about making a meaningful impact on patients' lives. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to rehabilitation and excel in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment, collaborating with a team of professionals committed to delivering the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist :

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

    • Qualifications for a Physical Therapist :

  • Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Epic experience needed.
  • Must have OASIS documentation abilities.
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • BLS Certification required.
