The ADON will work along side the DON and other nurse managers to monitor the functioning of the department and performance of the employees.

He / she has to make sure that a standard of quality is maintained in all the operations and all the employees of this department are efficient to execute their duties.

Responsibilities :

Scheduling.

Inventory management.

Recruitment and training.

Supervision and performance appraisal.

Documentation and payroll.

Qualifications :

• Must have a current state RN in good standing
• Must have nurse management or supervisory experience
• 5 years LTC experience preferred
• EMR experience
